These services are offered strictly via an appointment system (click 'Book Appointment' or see further below for more info).

Please note that we only accept credit cards and cannot accept cash or cheques.

Passport Services

Please note, passport lodgement is available with an appointment only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (not Wednesday) between 8:30am and 12:30pm (To make an appointment to apply for or renew a passport click 'Book Appointment' below). Please note that we only accept credit cards for payment of passport application fees.

Consular Services - Legalisation of Documents / Notarials

National Plebiscite on Same Sex Marriage

The Australian Government is conducting the Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey for all Australians on the Commonwealth Electoral Roll. Instructions on survey participation are published on the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) website. To ensure everyone who is eligible to participate receives a survey form, please enrol or check your details by 24 August 2017 by visiting the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) website. The Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey information line is 1800 572 113 (from Australia) or +61 2 6252 5262 (from overseas), open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm (AEST). 

The Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey is voluntary and there are no penalties for not participating.
